Accounts

You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident.

• Do not violate laws or infringe the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
• Do not transmit malicious code, spam, or content that is unlawful or harmful.

Customer Data

You retain all rights to data you submit to the Services (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data for the purpose of providing and improving the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Warranties & Disclaimers

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these Terms or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
